Clients can cancel a scheduled development sprint within 48 hours of contract execution, provided technical staging environments or repository cloning loops have not been initiated by our team.
Because our work involves dedicated software engineering hours, customized serverless pipeline deployments, and complex prompt evaluations, completed engineering milestones are non-refundable. If a pipeline failure occurs due to native architecture misconfigurations on our end, a code remediation cycle will be triggered immediately.
Approved contract cancellations or dispute allocations will be processed through our integrated payment aggregator within 5–7 working days and returned cleanly to the original payment instrument.
